FabArc Steel Supply, Inc. is an AISC Certified fabrication plant located in Oxford, Alabama with current capacity over 50,000 tons a year. With a work force of approximately 300 employees, the company has been in business since 1979 and handles a variety of projects ranging from shopping centers to large industrial complexes. The preferred project size is 500 tons to over 20,000 tons.
FabArc is large enough to handle most any project, yet small enough to be flexible and instantly react to clients’ changing needs or delivery dates. Personal attention to every detail helps when it is necessary to suggest to clients a more efficient and less costly method of achieving the same end result.

Quality/SAFETY

With supervisors and managers averaging over 20 years experience in the steel fabrication industry, FabArc’s owners have over 225 years of experience in the industry. The sprawling countryside facility provides employees with a pleasant, undistracted setting conducive to high productivity and excellent morale. A family-like relationship exists which inspires cooperation, craftsmanship and pride.
When FabArc agrees to a delivery date, it can be counted on. Every job is monitored by a bar schedule which is kept current. FabArc’s record of on-time deliveries can be attributed to experienced personnel who really care, well maintained equipment and a fleet of trucks and conscientious drivers who don’t know the meaning of tardiness.

Equipment
FabArc has two complete Peddinghaus CNC systems. Each has a cold saw with automatic measuring systems, and two 9 spindle drill lines. The company also has the latest plasma and punch detail machines as well as two plate and angle shear and punch machines, two 260-ton camber machines, large beam splitters, large radial drills, Pangborn 8-wheel 5’ x 10’ blast machine and horizontal RoJar Future mill -- all the specific equipment essential for almost every project. FabArc reinvests its profits in the finest equipment available to the industry meticulously maintains that equipment to produce a superior product.
FabArc’s state-of-the-art equipment performs well within AISC tolerances. All incoming raw material is scrutinized just as well as the finished product. FabArc’s full time inspectors and rigid quality control procedures insure absolute adherence to the most exacting specifications. Independent shop inspections are used to verify AWS welding, general AISC verifications, testing and tolerance compliance.

With a total fabricating and inventory area of over 700,000 square feet, FabArc is capable of servicing major projects as well as smaller ones. Raw material is inventoried in a 350,000 square foot area which is always plentifully stocked to meet every urgent need. Annual production capacity exceeds 50,000 tons.
FabArc’s financial strength and excellent credit rating enables us to purchase raw materials from the most competitive sources. This and our efficient facilities insure that our clients receive the most competitive bids.
